The Woodbridge Land Trust, incorporated as the Woodbridge Conservation Trust May 1st, 1964, is a 501(C)(3) corporation. The organization changed its name to The Woodbridge Land Trust, Inc. in 1994 and is currently administered by a board of 13 directors, including a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Trail Master.
