This website was built and donated a Land Trust member. The site is hosted by a remote hosting service, and utilizes open-source technology.  The site operates by way of an open-source Content Management application called "Mambo"--written in an open-source language called PHP.  The site also utilizes an Open-Source database, called MySQL.  All of these tools are available on the internet--for free.
